All our products are handmade to order. This means they are not in stock; they are produced once an order is placed.
This process requires a few additional days before shipping, as each piece is handcrafted and responsibly produced. This method of production helps reduce waste and promotes more conscious consumption.
Please note: once a purchase is made, there will be a short confirmation period to ensure material availability. Your order will be fully validated once we confirm that the necessary resources are in stock.
Booking Conditions
Item reservations must be made within 2 to 15 days of the request date, with a minimum of 2 days of use.
The item must be returned on the agreed date in the same condition as it was delivered. If the item is damaged or defective, the customer will be charged a percentage proportional to the deterioration of the product. In the event of delay, a penalty equivalent to the additional time will be applied.
If the item is not returned or the late fee is not paid, legal action may be taken.
By placing a reservation, the customer agrees to these terms.
Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of the shipping date.
The product must be in its original condition, with tags attached, and, if possible, in its original packaging. We offer full refunds for unwanted products. If your order has a size error, please contact us via email to arrange an exchange for the correct size or a refund.
